REAL-NET
Real-time monitoring and mitigation of nonlinear effects in optical NET-works
Project
The multi-national & multi-interdisciplinary REAL-NET project provides timely doctoral training for 6 PhD students through industry relevant research (50% stay in industry).
Goal: Realistic implementation of DSP algorithm to compensate nonlinear effects in fiber with and without machine-learning-based algorithms.
Partners
The intensive networking between our partners enables us to keep at the front line of top-level research and strengthens the knowledge base in the industrial field.
